Beginning of the game:

The goal of the games is to get a higher poker hand than the dealer. Player can play either on one box, or on several. There is maximum 4 boxes on Russian Poker table.

To start the game, players must make bet ANTE. If the player wants to play also on BONUS, then this bet must be made before dealer has closed the bets. The dealer will deal five cards to each player and for the dealer. The cards will be dealt face-down to the players, while the last card for the dealer will be face-up. Player makes decision to continue or not to continue the game. If player wants to continue the game, then he must place his cards face-down on box and on them must place bet two times higher than ANTE. If the player does not want to continue the game and does not place BET, then ANTE bet is lost, if there was BONUS bet, then it is lost also, and cards are placed in discard holder.

Change and purchase of the cards.

Player can choose to change 1, 2, 3, 4, or all 5 cards or to buy 1 additional card. At one hand there is one action - change or buy. To buy 1 card or change 1-5 cards player must pay for it amount equal ANTE bet and in case of changing cards, changed cards must be placed next to ANTE box. If the player wants to change or buy sixth card, he must warn dealer about BONUS combination before these actions. It is paid before change or buying of the cards according to the BONUS payout table.

After changing or buying cards player must consider his cards and decide whether he doubles his initial ANTE bet (placing chips on the BET box) and continue to play or fold by losing the ANTE bet.

Insurance

If player has combination ''Three of a kind'' or higher he has an option to insure his combination against probability that dealer will not have game. Insurance bet must be placed at the left side of ANTE box. Minimum insurance can be equal with ANTE bet and maximum - equal half of possible payout. If player have two combinations both combinations can be insured with condition that at least one of them is three of kind or higher.

• If dealer have no game, then insurance is paid 1:1.
• If dealer has game with higher combination than player’s combination insurance is returned. Insurance also is returned if player and dealer have the same combination.
• If dealer has smaller game than the player, the insurance is lost.

Payouts

Combinations of the game is made by five cards and they are ordered from weakest to highest according to payout table. If dealer has game Ace/King or higher, his combination is compared with players combination. If player’s combination is smaller than dealers, then player lose ANTE and BET. If player’s combination is higher, then dealer pay BET according payout table:
